Can I claim more than one park?
Answer

Yes – If you own several sites, you can simply repeat the process to claim your parks. They are then listed individually in your account allowing you to manage each one independently, but all from the same dashboard.

Can I add my park manager(s) to my account?
Answer

Yes – From your account dashboard, select the park to which you wish to add a manager, click edit park and then click on the administrators tab. Here you can add, edit and remove park managers.

How often will I be paid?
Answer

Funds are paid directly to your bank account every Monday for any payments taken in the previous 7 days.

What if a customer cancels and I need issue a refund?
Answer

You can issue refunds directly from your dashboard at the click of a button. The refund will be paid back to the card from which the original payment was made.

How does Your Parks ensure customers’ bank details are kept secure?
Answer

Your Parks doesn’t handle this data directly. We work with Stripe.com a world renowned finance company. They are PCI (Payment card industry) compliant meaning they meet all the standards required to protect sensitive data. You can find out more at https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/
