How to sell your static

For park owners and park managers:

  1. If you have already registered, claimed your park and received your confirmation email, the first thing to do is take a look at the advertising rules.
  2. If you are not already registered as a park owner or manager, please register here to create your account and claim your parks.
  3. Once you are logged in to your account click on the ‘Homes for sale’ tab and complete the form.
  4. Try to add as much information as possible in the ‘details’ section as this will increase your chances of a prompt sale. Also, add a selection of images of the static you are selling, so that prospective buyers have a good idea of what the caravan is like.
  5. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received the listing, and another one to let you know when one of our team has reviewed the advert and put it live on the website.
  6. And that’s it. It really is that simple.

For members of the public selling their static privately:
We know that selling your static caravan can seem like a daunting and complicated task. But at Your Parks we’ve streamlined the process and made everything simple and straight forward. Follow this guide and you’ll have your caravan listed in no time at all.

  1. To sell your static, you’ll need to click on the Sign Up button below. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and create a password.
  2. On the following screen you can select the park where your static caravan is sited. If your park is not on the list, you’ll need to contact the site owner or manager and ask them to register with Your Parks.
  3. Once you have selected your park, please send a scan or photo of your contract with the park, or other similar document which confirms your caravan is sited where you state.
  4. Once our team have verified this, you’ll receive an email confirming your account details.
  5. When you receive your login details, sign in and complete the ‘Homes for sale’ form in as much detail as possible. The more information you are able to give about your caravan, the easier it is for prospective buyers to find what they are looking for.
  6. Also add a selection of images – both inside and out – to highlight the selling points of your static.
  7. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received the listing, and another one to let you know when one of our team has reviewed the advert and put it live on the website.
If you are already registered with Your Parks, log into your account and you will be able to complete the homes for sale form directly from your account details.
