When is my balance due?
The final payment for your booking must be paid at least 28 days before the first day of your booking. Your Parks will automatically attempt to take the payment on this date. You can log in to your account at any time prior to this and make either full or party payments of your balance.
How can I view and pay my holiday balance?
Log in to your account using the link at the top of all pages. In your personal membership area, you will be able to see all the details of your booking and make any outstanding payments.
Can I make a reservation without a credit or debit card?
Unfortunately no. Our secure booking system requires a credit or debit card to be used.
A payment has been taken from my account by Pemberton Leisure Ltd – who is this?
Your Parks is wholly owned by Pemberton Leisure Ltd. When you book through Your Parks, any payments collected, or refunds issued will show up on your statement as Pemberton Leisure Ltd.
How do I know my reservation has been confirmed?
When you place your booking you should automatically receive two emails from Your Parks, one with the booking details and one with payment details.
I did not receive a confirmation email after I booked - what should I do?
If you have not received emails confirming your booking and payment information within an hour of booking, first check your junk folder. The emails will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. If the messages are not there, please contact us directly at email@example.com and one of our team will look into it for you.
Can I make a booking by telephone?
Unfortunately, we don’t take bookings by phone. Please use our booking system to complete your reservation.
What do I do if my contact or payment card details have changed?
To change your contact details or to add a new payment card, simply log into your account using the link at the top of each page. From your control panel you will see options to update your details.
Do I pay a reservation fee to Your Parks?
No, you don’t pay any fee to us. The price you pay is what you see during the booking process.
My booking isn't appearing in my Your Parks account
All bookings should show in your account immediately. If this is not the case, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team will contact you to help resolve the issue.
How do I know that my booking information is secure?
Your data security is of the utmost importance to us. Your Parks uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security to encrypt all data sent to and from the site.
