Advertising rules

We ask that everyone who wishes to advertise their home with Your Parks follows the rules below. Failure to do so may result in us removing your advert, and in extreme cases preventing you from advertising in future.

Your Parks accepts adverts at its own discretion. We reserve the right to reject any listing if we feel it does not comply with the terms and conditions of advertising. Your Parks does not have to justify why an advert has been rejected.

  • You may only feature one home per listing. If you wish to sell multiple caravans you will need to create a separate listing for each.
  • You must own the home that you are listing for sale, or have the legal right to sell it.
  • You confirm that all content you supply to us is accurate, legal, non-defamatory, honest and truthful, and complies with the British Code of Advertising Practice.
  • All photographs used on the website must have the prior consent of the photographer. The seller is responsible for gaining any photographers’ approval before sending photographs to Your Parks to use on the web site. Your Parks cannot be held responsible for any issues arising due to copyright protection on photographs.
  • We aim to process listings within 48 hours of receipt and publish them on the website as soon as possible thereafter. As soon as a listing has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email. Upon approval, the advert will be published to the site and you will be sent another email confirming this.
  • If your advert is rejected you will receive an email with details of why, and what to do next.
  • If you need to amend your listing once it is live, you can do so from your account.
  • Your advert will be listed until you remove it. This can be done from your account.
  • We will remove your advert if it does not comply with these rules. We also reserve the right to remove your advert for any other reason, if this happens you will be notified by email.
  • To protect your privacy, we do not publish your personal details on your listing. Anyone who is interested in your caravan will complete an online form, which we will forward to your specified email address.
  • We and our sub-contractors carry out maintenance on our servers and equipment. We make all reasonable efforts to keep disruption to a minimum. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee that the advert will be continuously available at all times or that the website will be available at all times.

Trade advertisers only

  • Customers should be able to tell whether an advertisement relates to a sale by a trade or private seller. This is covered by The Business Advertisement Disclosure Order 1977, which requires all advertisements by people who seek to sell goods in the course of business to make the fact clear. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with the Order. Where you are a trader, it is an offence, for which you may be prosecuted, not to advertise the fact that you are a trader.
